Caitlyn’s journey into marketing was anything but traditional. She’s studied social work, dipped into IT, tackled HR, and even worked at a steel manufacturer. But it was her six-year stint as a copywriter at Tic:Toc (now Tiimely) that sparked her passion for digital and led her to the world of freelancing and, eventually, to Kwasi.
When she’s not optimising inboxes, Caitlyn’s deep in a D&D session, gaming with her partner, or hanging out with her son. She’s a board game lover, gym-goer, and big believer in the power of a good book (and a great email subject line).
